1. Services
data-metrics.pro provides professional services for Odoo ERP implementation, audit, rescue, and support. Project scope is defined by a contract signed by both parties before kickoff.
2. Payment
Payment terms 30 net (or as agreed). Project milestones described in each proposal.
3. Intellectual property
Custom code written specifically for the client transfers to the client upon full payment of the corresponding milestone. Frameworks, libraries, and open-source modules retain their original licenses.
4. Confidentiality
NDA signed before the first technical meeting. Client information is never shared without explicit consent.
5. Warranties
30-day bug-fix warranty on delivered code. No implicit SLA for Odoo core components or third-party modules.
6. Cancellation
Either party may cancel the project with 14 days notice. Pro-rata payment for work completed at time of cancellation.
Full agreement provided per project.
